Found Small Black and white female

I picked this little girl up down Antoine close to 249 on 7/12/11.
She is wearing an interesting collar but has no tags. :(
She's black and white and I would guess her to weigh about 8-10 lbs.
She is very sweet and I'm sure she misses her family very much.
